Održali smo Elevate pub kviz za naše kolege! Učesnici su se sjajno zabavili, a učenje je postalo još zanimljivije. Kviz je bio prilika da testiramo svoje znanje iz ELEVATE treninga - usmerenog na konkretne veštine koje su potrebne za rad u hotelijerstvu i nagradimo najuspešnije timove. Prva tri tima dobila su nagrade, a pobednički tim očekuje nagradno putovanje. Čestitamo pobednicima i želimo im sjajan provod! We held the Elevate pub quiz at Ellington's! Participants had a great time, and learning became even more fun! The quiz was an opportunity to test our knowledge of the ELEVATE training - focused on specific skills required for working in the hospitality industry and reward the top teams. The top three teams received prizes, and the winning team is going on a reward trip. Prošle nedelje smo u saradnji sa Beogradskim Udruženjem Pčelara vrcali med iz košnica sa krova hotela. Prirodni med koji proizvodimo imate priliku da probate uz popodnevni čaj ili Medovik kolač u Tea House-u, uz sveža peciva na doručku, a od nedavno i u pažljivo pripremljenim koktelima u The Bar-u. Urbano pčelarstvo je jedna od aktivnosti kojima težimo ekološkom poslovanju. Last week, in collaboration with the Belgrade Beekeepers' Association, we harvested honey from the beehives on the roof of our hotel. You have the opportunity to taste the natural honey we produce with your afternoon tea or Medovik cake at the Tea House, with freshly baked pastries at breakfast, and recently in carefully crafted cocktails at The Bar. Obuku je vodio Marko Milutinović, supervizor Metropolitan restorana koji je uvršten u Michelin vodič za 2024. godinu, a ista pokrivala je osnove poznavanja vina, uključujući sorte grožđa i vinske regije. Marko, koji je za svoje znanje o vinima dobio sertifikat od strane SERSE, podelio je svoju strast i uvide, osiguravajući da naš tim završi sesiju sa dubljim razumevanjem ovog važnog aspekta naše industrije. Uz stečeno znanje i veštine, naš tim će bolje pomoći gostima u odabiru vina iz naše ponude i pružiti preporuke koje zaista unapređuju njihovo gastronomsko iskustvo. With a commitment to providing the knowledge and skills necessary for creating an exceptional guest experience, we organized a wine training session attended by our dedicated team members. The training was led by Marko Milutinović, the supervisor of the Metropolitan restaurant, which has been included in the Michelin Guide for 2024. The session covered the basics of wine knowledge, including grape varieties and wine regions. Marko, who has received certification from SERSA for his wine expertise, shared his passion and insights, ensuring that our team completed the session with a deeper understanding of this important aspect of our industry.
