This past weekend, Thomas-Koziarski Consulting hosted its 30th seminar in the picturesque city of Gyor, Hungary where we brought together our talented team of experts, colleagues and partners from Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Romania and Austria. During our two-day seminar participants shared their extensive knowledge and experience gained from different construction projects, disputes and arbitrations. The discussions that followed were focused on: 🔸 Quantification of as-built vs. as-planned staff cost 🔸 Dispute Review Board efficiency under OPRC Contracts 🔸 Cost estimate of Mega Projects 🔸 Earned value management principles 🔸 New software solutions (PlanRadar, BIM etc.) After the seminar, we had the chance to further explore the charming streets of Gyor during a city tour, taking in its rich history and unique culture. It was a great opportunity for team building and enjoying the city's beauty. In the evening, we continued our discussions over a delightful dinner, accompanied by the finest local cuisine and, of course, some Hungarian beer. The networking and friendship were truly exceptional, bridging connections that will lead to more exciting collaborations in the future. We are thankful that we had opportunity to meet again, and we are looking forward to our next seminar in spring of 2024.
