Members of the Steelcase Pride Employee Business Inclusion Group recognized an opportunity to make our annual Pride Month chair displays more inclusive by representing all members of the LGBTQ community. They embarked on an effort to expand the display to include all colors of the Progress Pride flag — the rainbow colors plus a triangle of white, pink, light blue, black and brown — and created a new Designtex textile called Addition Plus, featuring addition signs in all the colors of the flag.
