Today was such an amazing day! We started with a storytelling activity around sustainability, and it was so inspiring to dive into those ideas together. Our team assisted the investment fund Agista, part of the Impetum Group, in the signing of the agreements for the sale of their entire stake in 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐒.𝐀. and the acquisition of a new stake in the cybersecurity company 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐒.𝐀., listed on the AeRO market. As a result of this exchange transaction, Agista increases its stake in Fort S.A., thus becoming the majority shareholder (together with Impetum Investments). Our colleague, Alexandra Manciulea, was a speaker today at the Future Banking conference in Brașov. During the panel on "𝐔𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞," Alexandra offered valuable insights on how financial institutions are adapting to key regulations like DORA, and NIS2. She also addressed the challenges that banks, non-banking financial institutions (IFNs), fintechs, and electronic money institutions are currently navigating in the evolving compliance landscape. Alexandra was joined on the panel by Raluca Micu and Vladimir Ghita, making for a dynamic and engaging discussion on the future of banking regulations.
