After the update, the game is now more interesting to play on the computer. The quirkiness (that’s not a bug) actually adds a little more fun and challenge to the game! I found myself enjoying it. How about adding some upgrades or boosts like invencibility, or speed boost, star boost? Those could lead the game naturally to a more competitive scoreboard and achievements.

Glad to hear that you are enjoying the game :D

I had stopped updating the game. But the upgrades you mentioned would definitely add some value to the game!

I will start working on it, stay tuned for the next update :)

Just updated the game to include shield and boost (new powerups) and many more improvements!

Those powerups really improved the game experience. I feel bad though at killing birds. You really made it! Congrats! 😿

I wasn’t trying to make a about ‘killing birds’. Yikes XD

Fun little game!  Thanks for making it open source.

Thank you for the compliments :)

Cool game. Just wish it was better to play with the mouse. It feels unnatural to me playing like that.

During the designing phase I was focusing on releasing it to mobile devices. Thats why its like that…

Any suggestions on how to improve the experience? Feel free to share your thoughts! :)

Makes sense based on the screen resolution. Maybe make the ship follow the mouse if it detects that the player is using a desktop browser. ;)

Oh… Thats an interesting proposal. I will definitely try it!

Notify me whenever you make it available!

Sure! I will be adding this along with difficulty changer, and other improvements in the next update!

v1.4.0 now includes a ‘Follow’ control type, it has some quirkiness to it, which would make this control a bit more interesting (Definitely a feature, not a bug)

You can change to it in settings!
