honestly i brought just for the unique rat enemy as its just such a unique art style akin to a league of legend brutish twitch and the multi directional beholder is gonna be a boss in a rts surivor horror project but my god its ttrove of terrain goodies. the fog is beyond my knowledge base currently being a hobbyist to implement in godot but its amazing non the less.
the tiled support is way beyond me at this point but is a great way to get us hobbyist to learn further,
really like your golem in another pack , hint if you made a sort of mecha version of that golem and a multi direction mecha knight akin to a sheild and sword gundum(though loosy inspired mind you) i would throw money at you. a sort of ancient tech pack would be amazing
Hi Rafeal I want to ask how to use your rules in automapping on tiled I try to follow your video but I am not able to use the automapping feature I am using latest version of tiled btw I opened TiledMap Editor Example - Sewers.tmx, is there any steps i am missing I am looking to buy all your sets for my game but I am new to tiled so maybe I am messing up some steps. Your help would be highly appreciated.
Hello! Thanks! Regarding the automapping, I always use the terrain brush to draw a section of the wall, then I use the automapping tool to place the rest of the tiles (eg. a wall with 2 or 3 tiles of height). To do that, after drawing with the terrain brush, press CTRL M and the wall will be completed. Don't forget that you have to be on the right layer, which is the layer the rules are pointing to. I'd recommend using the ancient ruins demo first as it's much smaller and simpler. I also recommend using Tiled docs and their Discord so you get a better understanding about the software in general.

Also for the animated water in unity I would recommend first slicing each of the tiles in 32x32 and then rename them so they are in order for an animation.
If you see lines between your sprites put them into a sprite atlas which is good regardless as it allows one access of an image rather than different files.

*Disclaimer, I know very little on pixel art/sprite sheet creation you would know better what is feasible for you. So disregard this advice if it suits you to do so

The mutant rat and viper follow the same standard as all other assets of this series (3/4 pose). Beholder is an exception and have more directions because it's a boss.

Its tilesets appear to be 16x16 and much more rudimentary than this set. So no, not at all stolen... I genuinely don't know what that person is talking about.
Really amazing tiles, you know how many sewers Ive seen in RPGs? Practically all of them, but its kinda rare to see sewer oriented tilesets with loads of intricate detail such as this. I bought it today, this is amazing tilework! If I may make a recommendation for future sets how about sieged city/village? Sounds like the village request but with more destruction in mind. Once again love the tilesets!

Here's an enemy idea: a mutated spider? I know you already have a spider in your other pack but there are spider webs here, so it would make sense... just make it look different? Maybe these labs or water had a strange effect on the creature idk
It's great! One suggestion / request I have that I feel could fit well in this pack is to have a poison cloud animation. Ideally with one animation for where the cloud appears and then one looping animation for the cloud. It could be used in different ways, for example as a trap, or when you destroy one of those bottles that have the green substance, or maybe even as an enemy attack.
It's just something I think would be cool to have, especially in games that already use poison damage.

使用Tiled Map Editor的好处是,可以直接使用作者已经做好的动画,还有地型集,能更方便的绘制地图
Just an FYI to anyone wondering the same as me: the viper and rat don't have a forward/backward sprite.
Windows failed to unzip this for me, so I had to download the .rar file and download 7zip to extract everything successfully.
