What are your 2025 New Years Goals?

I hope everyone had a lovely New Year surrounded by loved ones. I think it goes without saying that 2024 was a hard year for many, including the people of Gaza. For them especially, finding moments of joy are few and far between. Today I want to highlight Nader @abdalsalam1990 and his family.

I've spoken of Nader in the past and his family is currently struggling to meet their $69k milestone. Donations have slowed down considerably and he is concerned that people have forgotten him. He is only seventeen years old and yet he is fighting hard every day to ensure that his family's needs are met. He should be in school, learning new skills and spending time with friends. Instead, like countless other Palestinians, he is fretting over finding enough food for his family, trying to ward off the cold, and getting access to medicine.

Nader is a kind, compassionate person who just wants to do right by his family and survive. We should do everything in our power to help him achieve this.
