A Strong Start to Our NPQH Journey in Qatar Yesterday was the first session for the second cohort of Best Practice Network NPQH participants from schools across the region, and it was impressively successful. Our discussions delved into deep professional dialogues centred around the ethical principles of leadership. The depth and quality of these discussions were clear, as was the dedicated involvement of each participant. We discussed the significance of embracing AI, referencing insights from Nina Schick's keynote at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) #wise11. We emphasised that rather than worrying about AI replacing jobs, the focus should be on the necessity for individuals to understand and adopt AI. This highlights the crucial need to be proactive and engaged with AI developments. The day was filled with interactive tasks, creating a lively and engaging learning environment. The level of participation was exceptional, with everyone bringing unique insights and viewpoints to the forefront. A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this day both meaningful and effective. Your enthusiasm and active engagement are the driving forces behind the success of this programme. Eagerly looking forward to our next session.
