Commercial Bank has successfully closed a 3-year USD 500 Million Syndicated Term Loan Facility led by Bank of America, Mizuho Bank, and SMBC Bank as joint coordinators and Bookrunners of the facility. The syndication was launched at an initial value of USD 500 million. The transaction received strong interest from the market and was significantly oversubscribed at a value of USD 1.015 billion, demonstrating investor confidence in Commercial Bank’s financial performance and management, as well the strength of the Qatari economy. نجح البنك التجاري في إتمام تسهيلات القرض المشترك لأجل لمدة ثلاث سنوات بقيمة 500 مليون دولار أمريكي بقيادة بنك أوف أمريكا، وبنك ميزوهو، وبنك SMBC كمنسقين مشتركين ومديري سجلات التسهيل. تمّ إطلاق القرض بقيمة أولية قدرها 500 مليون دولار أمريكي، وحظي باهتمام واسع من قبل السوق، واختتم الاكتتاب بفائض كبير مسجلاً 1.015 مليار دولار أمريكي. وهذا خير دليل على ثقة المستثمرين في الأداء والإدارة المالية للبنك التجاري وقوة الاقتصاد القطري.

To excel in this field, Nasser emphasizes the importance of building relationships, understanding key stakeholders, and possessing strong financial and business acumen, skills which he credits his time at CB for helping him develop. When asked about what banking term he believes is widely misunderstood, he stated "interest rate," noting that many people do not fully grasp how it's calculated or how it functions, which can negatively impact their financial decisions.
