About The Job

Your Main Activities Are
- The One Sourcing Solution (OSS) project aims at implementing the Sourcing to Pay within CIB Worldwide, based on group tools (Ivalua for Procurement and other AP tools for invoices management)
- For CIB ITO Q&E team, it is expected that the Project Manager is a CIB SPOC between the Procurement & Performance MOA and the business working to ease the implementation of the Procure to Pay process
- Drive the P2P process & tools implementation within the business at project resumption
- Detailed functional analysis, gaps expression, data collection and structure, build follow-up, UAT, Users on boarding, master data preparation and solution set-up, data migration, communication, among others
- Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed (aftercare and switch to BAU)
- Have admin & support actions for the scopes already implemented
- Identify weaknesses/ flaws and new needs, create RTS tickets, prioritize with the rest of the team and ESM in line with CIB priorities and ensure a thorough follow-up of the requests
- Keep up-to-date with new developments and changes in processes
- Create / update users guides & procedures (SOP, master data) and maintain project documentation
- Organize ad-hoc trainings to Admin central team, new business referents and end users
- Participate in weekly and monthly governance organization
- Prepare reportings and conduct data analysis and controls
- Perform data consistency controls in Ivalua & master data, acting on controls of updates when needed
- Use procedures to produce KPIs, follow-up and review process for each KPI (and define procedures for new KPIs or controls)
- Assist in the KPIs automation and maintenance (Power BI), perform ad-hoc analysis & reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Consulting, Business Management or other related areas
- English fluent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to cooperate/ teamwork
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
