DSPT Day is an independent and international conference in Portugal dedicated exclusively to topics related with Data Science, bringing together professionals, companies, trainers and enthusiasts of related fields.
This event was organized by DSPT and supported by ScaleUp Porto..

Monthly talk, completely casual, with a group of interested people, keen to make things happen! We want it to be a space to share experiences, without the use of any digital support.
It's a good old conversation, with Aveiro always on the spotlight. Each event will have it's own topic to start the debate. It also aims to come closer to several initiatives in our city!

Similarity calculation between social profiles based on machine learning techniques, namely clustering.

Using data from Facebook, the project helps determine which profiles are most similar in terms of shared interests, creating profile groups (user segmentation). Also possible is the ability to check correlated interests.
In turn, the techniques used in this project are based on recommendation system, enabling the assessment of missing data, using group similarities.
