Our Hungarian team had a very productive Community Day! They enthusiastically rolled up their sleeves and supported on various projects to enhance the environment for children and young adults at a Habilitation Centre. The centre is a place dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater independence by developing their abilities and their social adaptive behavior. Among other tasks, the team repaired and painted benches, painted the bathroom, gardened, and painted development games. Today the construction for VGP Park Vejle, our first project in Denmark, has been kicked off during a groundbreaking event. Our Danish team and our CEO, the Mayor of Vejle, and the CEO of JEVI, our first tenant at the park, came together for this great occasion. VGP Park Vejle is going to offer over 80,000 m2 of premium rental space for light industry and logistics, strategically located in a commercially important region, adjacent to the E45 at the Vejle S exit. The Danish team is excited to deliver customised facilities built to tenants’ specific needs, first developing JEVI’s state-of-the-art production and administration facility of 10,000 m2. Our Property Management team at VGP Park Bucharest organised a comprehensive fire drill exercise to ensure the safety and preparedness of our tenants. Today our Investor Relations team organised a VGP Property Tour at VGP Park Berlin-Ludwigsfelde, as part of the EPRA Conference. VGP Park Berlin-Ludwigsfelde has a prime location in the industrial area of Brandenburger Park, to the south of Berlin, and presents a total lettable area of 216,000 m2, spread over 10 state-of-the-art buildings, designed to meet the latest standards for sustainability and efficiency. The team offered an exclusive tour through the park, visiting the premises of Zalando and Lidl, and presenting its most remarkable technical and sustainable features.
