Two weeks ago, I came to you asking for help. The responses were amazing, and I was blown away by the kindness and generosity of my community here - sharing funnels, referring candidates, and making introductions. Thank you! 🙏🏽 Today, I can say that hiring through the network definitely pays off. We interviewed over 10 people, and all of them were very strong candidates. We hired two of them who will lead our B2C and Warehouse teams, bringing experience from Getir, Glovo, and Rappi - welcome to Equal Food, Pedro Bomfim and Tânia Lavim. Damn, we're excited to have you onboard! Another unexpected benefit from hiring through the network was that Pedro and Tânia already knew each other. They worked together at Getir, appraised, and respected each other. I was amazed to see that. And I was especially delighted to see them referred to us through different channels and not by the same person.
