See what makes START Lisbon special 🚀 Some of our highlights recently: •⁠ ⁠We grew as a team to 45 amazing people while our community grew to more than 400 💙  •⁠ ⁠We hosted the 1st ⁠RTSS Lisbon with over 150 guests, 8 startups, numerous F&B sponsors, and a wonderful jury... what an event 🥳 •⁠ ⁠We organized ⁠the third edition of the STARTup Tour Lisbon with over 40 participants, great startups & VCs, dinner & drinks and beautiful locations 🤝 •⁠ ⁠As official community partner START Lisbon represented Lisbon's entrepreneurial future at SIM Conference in Porto by Startup Portugal 🇵🇹 •⁠ ⁠We put together weekly ⁠fireside sessions interacting closely with great (student) founders and our friends from Junitec at our hub at Casa do Impacto 🧠 •⁠ ⁠We enjoyed numerous ⁠team events like a Boat tour, padel tournament, joint visits to dinners, bars, cafés, etc. 😎 •⁠ ⁠We formed numerous friendships & bonds that make this community special 💙 Now, we’ve got some news! 📣 The waitlist for our first event in September is now open. At START Lisbon, we don't just bring in external guests; we also focus on sharing knowledge within our community. Our batches are full of interesting stories, lessons, and ideas. With our STARTie Stage format, START members who are working on real projects pitch their ideas to the community. Everyone gets involved by giving feedback, asking questions, and working together in a supportive, family-like atmosphere. This way, we all learn and grow together. 🚀 Last week it was to time to introduce Cascara Collective – a new way to enjoy coffee by unlocking the hidden potential of the coffee cherry for a healthier, more sustainable future! 💡 What is Cascara Collective? Every day millions of people drink coffee, yet only 50% of the coffee fruit is typically used, leaving cascara (the coffee cherry) overlooked. We’re changing that by introducing a refreshing, energizing drink packed with antioxidants, minerals, and natural caffeine – made out of cascara! 🤝 Our Mission We aim to redefine the beverage landscape with a new category that combines joy, functionality, and circularity. Our mission isn’t just about great taste; it’s about uplifting farmers, reducing waste, and creating a positive impact for all. 📲 How They're Doing It 1.
