A Beatriz Abrantes aproveitou o nosso Prime Academy para reforçar o seu conhecimento em linguagens de #programação! Depois de ter concluído as #formações, explicou que a inscrição foi feita pelo potencial utilitário: “Programação é uma habilidade cada vez mais requisitada. Mesmo que a posição não envolva programar, é útil compreender-se o código”. A Communications Manager destacou a importância de “refrescar” o conhecimento sobre esta matéria e não fechou a possibilidade de integrar formações futuras, “desde que o tema desperte bastante interesse”. Fechámos 2023 com mais de 8 mil horas de formação, e este ano queremos elevar a fasquia para continuarmos a formar o nosso talento. After concluding the #training, she explained that the registration was made because of its utilitarian potential: “Programming is a skill in increasing demand. Even if the role doesn’t require development, it’s useful to understand the code”. The Communications Manager highlighted the importance of “refreshing” subject knowledge and opened the possibility of registering in future training lessons, “as long as the subject reveals to be interesting”. We ended 2023 with more than 8 thousand hours of training, and this year we want to strive for more to keep educating our talent.
