Sustainability leaders from some of Europe's biggest companies will converge on Amsterdam next week for this year's Sustainability Expo Europe - and Medline will be there. Oliver Watts - Medline's ESG Director for the EMEA region - will take part in the 'Beyond the Bottom Line' panel. The panel will look at how sustainable practices can help foster creativity and fuel the creation of new products, services and ways of doing business - and ultimately drive long-term business growth. "I am a firm believer that sustainable and ethical business practices are no longer a choice but essential to the longevity of our business and the sector we operate in," says Oliver. "In fact, the practical 'cost' of inaction often outweighs the cost of action in the medium-term. I'm excited to be a part of this year's event and looking forward to a great discussion." The SPT Skamex team, our business partner in Poland, along with four operating theatre nurses from Łódź and Kielce hospitals visited our Partizánske plant last week. The tour included a comprehensive workshop and detailed overview of the components and assembly process of our sterile procedure tray (SPT) packs. We also shared insights into our unique Proxima drapes, packs, QuickSuite, Ultrasorbs, clippers, and other efficiency solutions we offer to support healthcare staff in the operating theatre. #Poland #Partnership #WeAreMedline

A new sport-based well-being programme has been launched at our office in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, France, in collaboration with Keepfitatwork. Recently, Keepfitatwork coaches brought a wave of energy to our teams on-site, offering employees the chance to try out dancing, yoga, and boxing. Over the next few months, there will be weekly classes to help everyone to keep moving. But it doesn't stop there! We've also launched open running and walking sessions, which are perfect for anyone who wants to get involved—regardless of their fitness level. At Medline, we believe that incorporating sports into our daily routines can contribute significantly to our collective mental health and overall well-being.
