Bruna Bento da Infinite Foundry com a equipa PRODUTECH na Motek Messe 24 Bruna Bento é a representante da empresa Infinite Foundry. Esta empresa está especializada no desenvolvimento de “gémeos virtuais”, que são replicações virtuais do mundo físico, através de modelos 3D o que permite a utilização de algoritmos de física, fazendo-se assim simulações virtuais das alterações a realizar no mundo físico. Por outro lado, ao ter uma replicação do mundo físico, o software permite o desenvolvimento de alternativas e verificações. Os gémeos virtuais são replicas do mundo físico nos quais se sabe tudo (em replica) do que está a ocorrer no mundo físico, por exemplo quem está a trabalhar em quê, quais as matérias-primas que estão a ser incorporadas pelo processo de fabrico, quais as operações que estão ma ocorrer nas máquinas, etc. No contexto da Agenda PRODUTECH R3, a Infinite Foundry está a desenvolver o conceito de gémeos digitais para empresas mais pequenas, recorrendo à extensa biblioteca da empresa e à standardização dos processos de fabrico. A Agenda PRODUTECH R3 tem sido um forte catalisador para a empresa, pois está envolvida em vários pacotes de trabalho e tem vindo a ser um enorme impulsionador para o estabelecimento de fortes parcerias com os centros de investigação e com as empresas utilizadoras.
