    As "Inside Out 2" hits the cinemas, I wanted to share one of my favourite examples of next-level localisation. Did you know that in the Japanese version of the first "Inside Out" film, Pixar Animation Studios swapped broccoli for green bell peppers to better resonate with the local audience's tastes? Apparently, Japanese kids love broccoli and don’t find it disgusting at all! 🥦 I love how this change shows the power of cultural understanding in effective storytelling. I recently joined the wonderful Aimee Clarke on an episode of our podcast, "Moving Forward", to talk about what localisation means and why it's so important in terms of L&D.     Our people drive our success. To prove it, we ditched the office for a day and took over the iconic Philips Stadium for an awesome football match 😱⚽️. It wasn’t just about showing off our questionable footwork and dubious tactics; it was our way of saying happy, healthy employees are the real MVPs.
