Over the past days, Frulact employees in Maia and in Tortosendo gathered on two separate occasions to celebrate the vibrant São João festival, a cherished tradition in Portugal! Known for its colorful parades, lively music, and delicious food, São João is a time when communities across the country gather and revel in the joyous spirit of togetherness. At Frulact, we marked this festive occasion with special lunches held in Maia (last Thursday) and in Tortosendo (yesterday), fostering a sense of unity among all departments. The event was made even more special thanks to a solidarity fair with the presence of four incredible associations: Operação Nariz Vermelho, Centro Comunitário São Cirilo, Associação A'Corda, Associação Cordas and Associação Salvador. These organizations shared their inspiring projects with us, adding a touch of magic and meaning to our celebration. At Frulact, we believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting meaningful causes. These São João lunches were a testament to our commitment to these values. On Wednesday, Frulact had the honor of participating in "HR Connect" in Lisbon, the largest annual Human Capital Management event within the SAP ecosystem in Portugal. Thanks to an invitation from Valantic, we were delighted to have Filipa Sampaio (Payroll & Training Coordinator) and Pedro Nuno (HR Operations & Analytics Coordinator) representing us with a session entitled “Frulact – Developing and Enhancing Human Capital with SuccessFactors”. They shared valuable insights into the key benefits and challenges of the SuccessFactors solution, focusing on key components like Employee Central, Recruiting Management/Marketing, Learning, People Analytics, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
