This method is easy to use, can be adapted for different scales and is economically viable. 🥇 CNC-UC and the Associação Portuguesa do Sono (APS) were the winners of the 1st edition of the Liborio Parrino Award, created by the World Sleep Society to honour one of the co-founders of World Sleep Day. 💤 This award recognises excellence in activities related to World Sleep Day, highlighting artistic creations and the development and dissemination of events linked to this theme. ✈ As a prize, APS and CNC-UC will attend the World Sleep 2025 congress in Singapore, where the award will be presented during the opening ceremony. 😴 This achievement highlights the relevance of raising public awareness about the importance of maintaining healthy sleep.
