Meet Joana Ribeiro, a passionate leader and beauty expert at Care to Beauty! From starting as a Cosmetics Expert five years ago to now leading her own team, Joana’s journey has been all about learning, adapting, and growing in her role. ✨   For the past two years, Joana has been at the helm as Team Leader, overseeing and answering product inquiries across platforms and offering expert cosmetic advice. She also plays a key role in creating engaging video content for our TikTok and YouTube channels and writing product descriptions that help our customers make informed decisions. 🎥📝   Joana's role is truly dynamic! One day, she’s planning content calendars and brainstorming new ideas, and the next, she’s in the studio filming, or at her desk managing Excel sheets and Trello boards to ensure smooth operations. There’s no such thing as a typical day in her world! 💻🎬   Her advice? "Embrace continuous learning and adaptability. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. The world is always evolving, and by staying curious, you’ll grow both professionally and personally."   As for her favorite beauty product? From starting as an assistant nearly two years ago to now leading as our Lead Buyer, Inês has been instrumental in managing and expanding our product catalog. 📦✨ Inês' journey with us has been one of dedication and growth. She now manages half of our product catalog, ensuring stock availability, fostering strong relationships with our partners, and exploring new opportunities for our brand. Her role is a perfect blend of operational management and strategic planning, contributing significantly to both our daily operations and long-term growth. A typical day for Inês is centered around her computer, analyzing sales and procurement data while tackling daily challenges. You’ll often find her in meetings with partners or on the phone, with Excel as her trusted companion. Her advice to anyone in their career? Never give up. It's never too late to make a change, pursue new paths, and explore new opportunities. If we don’t strive for our dreams, no one else will. When it comes to cosmetics, Inês finds it challenging to pick just one favorite product due to the plethora of choices available. However, makeup is her top category of interest, constantly fascinating her with the latest trends and innovations. Two products she consistently relies on and recommends are the Eucerin Anti-Pigment Dual Serum 30ml and the Sesderma C-Vit5 Liposomal Serum 30ml, essentials in her beauty routine. From the first day of Care to Beauty in 2015 to leading a multidisciplinary team of ten, Silvia has been the driving force behind our brand's creative and strategic initiatives! 💼✨   In her journey with us, Silvia started by doing a bit of everything, from customer support to picking and packaging. Since 2020, she has proudly built and managed our Marketing Department, ensuring our brand shines through dynamic paid ads, engaging social media campaigns, captivating newsletters, influencer collaborations, and visually striking website banners.   A typical day for Silvia begins with coffee and involves close coordination with her team, planning and improving work processes, and participating in numerous meetings to align plans with our strategic objectives. Her advice to anyone in their career? Listen to others and make yourself heard. Clear and fluid communication is the key to productive and happy work relationships.   And about her favorite beauty product? Silvia is a self-confessed skincare minimalist.
