It was a pleasure for Almada International School to attend this event organised by Cambridge International in Lisbon at the British ambassadors residence. Looking forward to a great future of working together with Cambridge International Education #ais #letsgrowtogether #almadainternationalschool

| Reading suggestion 📚 We're continuing our monthly tradition of featuring two books to read. This month, in the spirit of Halloween, we have a book that's perfect for little ones! It's an exciting book with repetitive dialogue, where only the characters change. This format makes it easy for toddlers to follow the story, and the repetitive cadence creates an atmosphere of suspense and curiosity. We absolutely adore this book! Cuquedo has arrived in the jungle! But who is Cuquedo? ... Have you read this story already? Leave a comment with your child's favorite animal 🐘🦛🦏🦓🦒 #AlmadaInternationalSchool #AIS #LetsGrowTogether #InternationalSchool #Learning #ReadingSuggestion #Cuquedo #Halloween

| BETTER WORLD 🌱 With a mission to contribute to a more sustainable world, AIS harnesses clean energy to power all its facilities, achieving an impressive energy efficiency ranging from 88% to 100% sourced from the sun. We illuminate our spaces judiciously, implementing energy-saving techniques throughout our school. This includes the use of sensor lights 💡 and the strategic placement of windows🪟 in every area, ensuring that approximately 90% of our lighting comes from natural sunlight ☀️. We are all committed to building a better world! Let’s Grow Together. #AlmadaInternationalSchool #AIS #LetsGrowTogether #InternationalSchool #CleanEnergy

| Where are your head, shoulders, knees and toes? 🤷♀️ After reading 📖 the wonderful book "Tickle Monster" by @poetsandragons , which teaches us to recognise the various parts of our body, through tickling, we began looking for an exercise that would test the childrens’ ability to identify the head, upper and lower limbs! 🎨 We know how creative the little ones’ imaginations can be! 🖌️ So... we used our beloved students’ favourite materials, @giotto_portugal glue and coloured paper to to create a fun exercise. 💪 The exercise involves testing their fine motor skills to mark the various parts of the human body. 🏡 At home... a great activity to do with your children. Start by reading a book and challenge your child with a fun exercise that involves what you've learnt. Do they seem to have enjoyed it? They certainly did! #AlmadaInternationalSchool #AIS #LetsGrowTogether #InternationalSchool #Books #ToddlerBooks #BookSugestion #SchoolLife
