I almost always have one or two Teams chats pinned for projects with pressing due dates or requiring extra attention. We can have a Teams call on demand if needed. I also like to use Microsoft Planner which is integrated with Outlook. It's easy for project team members to track their tasks and get notiications. JIRA is another tool that I love to use. You can easily build dashboards or pivot reports. They help the team visualize the work, prioritize, and track progress.
