No refund will be done after the sketch is done

If a refund is requested before the 3 months waiting time, you'll get a 50% refund max. If the refund request is made after 3 months of waiting time then you can get a 100% refund as it will be on my fault.

No private commission - If you want your comm to be private it'll be 200% of final price

Turnaround for your commission is announced in the journal or to you personally

Turnaround is generally between 2 and 3 months

You can push your commission to be done upfront the others by paying 70% of the final price.

Don't push me to get your commission done before others, check the turnaround time for your order before you send me a note about it

Commissions are worked accordingly with my IRL schedule.

Monthly commissions will be taken out of the queue in chronological order

Large size / HDs files are sent via Note & with a Dropbox Link every Monday

Commissioner can repost their art in their gallery once I have uploaded at least one version on my FurAffinity Gallery (Small size preferably)

Commissioner can't sell product done with their art, though, they can print it for personal use only

Regarding Uploads :

You can repost it on any platform such as twitter or FA, I'll just ask to be credited (on FA/Twitter and DA, I can be linked, anywhere else it'll have to be my website : https://psilone.carrd.co or my FA page ;] )

You can print your picture for personal use on any kind of goods (if you do it, I am always happy to receive a photo of the result, not for any use but personal happiness! )

You can repost the version you want of the picture, though I prefer that you keep the large size for yourself, it's still up to you ;)

You can't resell the picture / Sell any goodies or print of the said picture.

You can't edit the picture may it be for a futur change in your design or worse, to erase signature.

I can use the picture to make goodies (prints, goods, stickers.. etc) ; Though I generally won't do it and will always keep people updated if it came to happens. I generally use oroiginal art to do any goodies. If I come to do some with your picture, then you'll get contacted so you can receive your own personal set of goodies made with your picture (for exemple if I do mugs prints Stickers, then you'll receive one sample of each.)

I can use the picture to promote my art

Artistic Freedom commissions are labeled as "Study Commission" & "Warm-Up"

They are open through monthly limited slots only

Once payed, they are worked fully on my own. No WIP , sketches , validation ..etc will be send before the end of the piece

Once the piece is done, it's then sent online

For study commission with background : A hint point the ambiant you want. Not the pose of the character(s). A hint is a hint, it won't get you any edits after the pic is done.

If a modification needs to be done that is an error I made on the character's design, it will be modified for free. Be polite when you ask for a change, an error may happens, I won't re-work a piece for anyone who will come with insults in my notes.

If the edit required is not related to the design of your character (marking, missing parts, error on genitals...) but on the piece itself (background, any morphology that is not on the reference..) then it will be charged accordingly to the size of the edit asked.

For NSFW pieces, if the genitals are not provided in the reference, text or via a side picture, I'll design them from scratch and any edits will be charged.

Regular are open only for customers who already worked with me with at least one (1) artistic freedom commission, may it be a WU or a SC

Regular commission are labeled : "Regular Illustration Commission" & "Reference Sheet"

I may deny you to order a regular without any reason

Regular commissions works with your ideas, poses, setups and can include a close-up, multi-versions...etc

Once payment is made, you'll receive a page of rough sketches (generally 2 to 3 sketches) to setup the idea.

After the rough is accepted the next WIPs are : Line characters Flat Color / Background Characters Flat Color / Final Approval

I need you to b as clear as possible when you order. I'll do up to 5 edits during the process before charging any additional edit (one the rough / the sketch / the background.. )

Unused rough sketches can be used by me for auctions or others' commissions

DO :

Any species (some may require extra fees)

Any rating from SAFE to NSFW

Any kind of fetishes ( BEWARE : they need to be discussed before order. )

DON'T :

Overly sexualized character. This include hyper genitals, boobs, multiple genitals. (I may accept to go over that rule for some characters I like, don't hesitate to ask for yours but I may refuse if I feel uncomfortable with the anatomy.)

Diapers / Scat / Sexual Vore

Fanart (fan characters are fine if they aren't a copy/paste of the original character)

Change my style to fit your character's specific morphology (this means I won't copy a style that is not mine such as 'pokemon' / 'wakfu' / 'MLP' ...etc ; Your character will be drawn in my art style with references.) // If your character is a in-between Anthro and Feral, it's not affected by this rule. ;) )

Anything related to nature when it comes to Background.

Sci-fi / Medieval Fantasy / Nordic related themes..

I LOVE to picture your safe art. May it be a badass dragon or a shy otter.

Tender NSFW ; I'm more found of a romantic / classy NSFW than any action-movie like porn.
