Sometimes users have doubts regarding page content and validity.

Usage

If the mathematical content of a page in general is disputed, then {{Proofread}} should be added to the code.

If the issue at hand is to be stipulated, {{Proofread|Reason for proofreading}} should be added to the code.

This will add the {{Proofread}} template to the page, and add that page to the list of pages that need proofreading.

It is generally preferred that a brief comment is included to specify the issues that need to be addressed.

This is how it will appear:

This page needs proofreading. Please check it for mathematical errors. If you believe there are none, please remove {{Proofread}} from the code. To discuss this page in more detail, feel free to use the talk page. When this work has been completed, you may remove this instance of {{Proofread}} from the code.

or:

This page needs proofreading. In particular: Reason for proofreading If you believe all issues are dealt with, please remove {{Proofread}} from the code. To discuss this page in more detail, feel free to use the talk page. When this work has been completed, you may remove this instance of {{Proofread}} from the code.
