The film captures the essence of struggles, both at a personal and professional level in an urban set up. It highlights the issue of urban white collar migrant's in a metro city. The virtues of success in a modern life is defined by material possession and it supersedes everything simple and pure. The films deals with transformation of a person who is constantly fighting to fit in his World. Sandeep's lack of social adeptness makes him struggle at work and he treats his ailing father as his sounding board. His frustration at work manifests in long conversations with his father. He struggles with issues at home front as well, an ailing father and a nagging wife who doesn't think much of him. In desperation he commits to investing in a business venture of his office peon as a escape to his problems. The constant pressure to prove himself as an achiever drives a simpleton like Sandeep to extremes.
