I. Face Data Policy

1.We analyze your uploaded photos to find out the points of facial features (including eyes, nose, mouth) in the photos for generative processing. We do not collect and store your facial data, and your uploaded photo data is deleted at the end of the analysis process.

2.After you upload your photos, our artificial intelligence technology can help you generate personalized pictures or videos in different artistic styles. You can decide to delete your facial data at any time. We typically retain your facial data for 30 days, after which your facial data and the content you have generated will be automatically deleted from our servers. This limited retention period is intended to respect your privacy while minimizing the wait time for images or videos generated by you using the Services, thereby optimizing your experience.

3.We will not use your personal data for any other purpose.We will not share your facial data with any third party.

4.Please note that we may retain your image data for longer than specified above, such as in connection with your privacy-related requests and in connection with our correspondence, if any, necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Even if we delete some or all of your personal data, we may continue to retain and use previously collected anonymized data that can no longer be used for personal identification.

II. Personal information we collect and use

(A) When you use the [Genva] function, you may obtain the following permissions for your terminal device.

1.Device Status Permissions

During your use of [Genva], in order to remember your identity, analyze your usage, and identify you as our user, we will need to obtain device READ_PHONE_STATE permission to read phone status and collect your device's IMSI, IMEI number, AndroidID information (personal information). This permission requires your authorization and permission. If you refuse to provide it, you will only be unable to use the function, but it does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other functions of the service.

2. Permission to read external memory

When you add pictures from your phone's albums in [Genva] to create pictures or videos, we need to obtain permission to read your device's external memory READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and collect information about the pictures in your phone's storage (personal information). This permission requires your authorization, and denial of this permission will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the Products and/or Services.

3. Permission to write to external memory

When you use [Genva] to save the final composite picture or video to the album, we will need to get your device WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission to write to external memory and write your picture or video information (personal information) to the phone storage space. This permission requires your authorization and refusal to provide it will only prevent you from using this feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service.

4.Privacy Tracking Privilege

In the course of your use of [Genva], in order to remember your identity, analyze your use of [Genva], and identify you as a user of [Genva], we will need to obtain your privacy tracking privileges . This privilege requires your authorization to allow, such as your refusal to provide, to not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the services. You can , if you refuse to provide it, without affecting your normal use of other features of the Products and/or Services, you may refuse to provide it when we request authorization from you or turn off authorization of this permission through your device.

B) Personal information  we collect and use directly

1. Use of related services

You can use our services with silent login.

2. Providing you with AI photo or AI video service

You can upload a picture, choose your favorite theme, and AI technology will generate a thematic picture or video for you.

In order to realize this function, we may collect and use the following information or permissions:

(1) Information about your actions, usage behavior (including browsing preferences and production preferences);

(2) Information that you voluntarily provide, including uploaded photos;

(3) When you import images for production, we may ask you to authorize sensitive permissions to read/modify the contents of the SD card. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of [Genva].

Please understand that we collect and use the above information in a de-identified manner, and that data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that can not be directly associated with a user's identity, and can not and will not be associated with your real identity.

(C) Changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information

Please understand that as our business grows, there may be adjustments and changes to the functions and services offered on [Genva]. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose, we will collect and use your personal information and will inform you again and obtain your consent.

You can turn off access to phone information, access to installed applications on your phone, take photos, read and write photos and files on your device, modify system settings, change the scope of consent, or withdraw your authorization in the device's own operating system. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions.
