OTP validity period so short, struggled to mentally capture it; a few OTPs before captured correctly. Whilst I understand the need for security, thus the facial recognition, it's difficult. had to make several tries. Very stressful. With an aging population, cognition/dexterity will decline somewhat;which means most will start to struggle with app. At the same time, it is as important to maintain security against scammers. A conundrum, which the authorities have to find a middle ground solution

Hi, the SingPass Mobile is very useful to check all the personal details, including implementing SafeEntry inside the app. It would be better if the app is able to save the location that one would frequently go to (such as work location), so that it will save time on searching the location. It would also be better to enhance the app loading system during peak hour time (such as in the morning, during going to work to check in and in the afternoon, ending work to check out). Thank you.

It used to work great until I switched phone. It can no longer set up properly. Everytime it stucks at the last step ”verifying". Called the hotline to clear browser cache, restart, reinstall the app, all didn't work. Emailed to support team, collected some info and logs, and still waiting for their reply. It is frustrating that it is starting to affect my daily life. When I checked around, I realize I am not the only one. Several friends hit the same problem.

In the meantime, you may wish to log in to digital services using your Singpass ID, password and an alternative 2FA such as SMS OTP or Face Verification on your mobile/web browser.
