It's ok,but from a software developers point of view,it needs more work. Something as simple as updating your phone number should not entail you having to re enter all your passport details all over again. That bug needs fixing. Also impossible to verify my account for exactly the same reason, the app wants details all over again.

Amazing! Setup and registration was fast and easy. All my verified govt. ID are already in the system. UI is user friendly and no major bugs that make the app unusable. Point of concern is the lack of 2FA security and fingerprint unlock which hopefully can be implemented in future updates. Minor suggestion is to provide Dark Mode option especially for OLED phones.

appearance over usability. terrible. the app itself is very colorful with banners and evetything but it takes time to load. which is very annoying. make it simple and eady to use. user friendly interface. and the KYC verification is absolutely frustrating. it does not even tell why someone has been rejected. and there was no option to upload a photo of the ID. the only option is to take picture which for me is very troublesome. especially for those identification with reflective surface. get it?
