You might be tempted by some lower prices sometimes. But the service is horrible. I encountered the same experience twice, while having multiple destinations, the driver would start to drive and then when you get in a street you don't know at 2am they would say, I don't have time for the last destination so cancel the destination or the ride, or they would leave you on the side of the road. The customer service just offers a couple of euros of compensation, while saying you got where you wanted.

Good app with reasonable prices. Pickup times are not accurate since it doesnt take traffic congestions into account. A pickup time of 3 minutes is actually around 10 minutes. Sometimes a driver makes a wrong turn, therefore the arrival time is now longer, and because of that they add an additional charge because the driver made the mistake.

Very poor service and scammy tactics! I have been using this app for multiple years and I am fed up with them. I booked a ride which gave me a 15 min wait, which makes the trip slower than a bus (even when there were multiple drivers closer than the selected). That driver was taking another person to their destination and i cancelled more than two minutes which had a fee the size half of the trip which wasn't there before. Support said that it covered expenses. Driver wasn't even driving to me.
