I had made a flight booking, made the payment, and was deducted from my credit. Yet the app did not go through with the payment. Seems so difficult to get them to respond fast as I'm need to get a flight. In urgency, I made the same booking just to find out the price went up in just minutes. Desperate, I made the booking again and paid a higher price, then initially . so so upset! I'm still waiting for my first payment to be refunded.

1st: book a flight and never got confirmation until I asked for it a few days later. They got back saying they can't book it now and asked me to go to the airline website directly to book it instead. 2nd: booked a hotel during promotion period. After a few months, they got back saying hotel is full and they offered another hotel which was not the same location. I am really getting frustrated with them now. DO NOT book anything with them, you might get cancelled due to their incompetency!

App and services are generally ok, but it has an annoying habit of telling us to get to an airport 3 hours before an international flight when check-in for the flight doesn't actually open until 2 hours before, if that. So it's out if sync with airline practices. Beyond that, it's currently hanging any time I click the yellow T icon or try to look at upcoming bookings. Must be really slow server issues (other sites and apps are just fine).
