The concept is great hence the two stars, but the mobile app itself for Android is just horribly buggy. Impossible to complete the form to make a booking as fields cannot be filled in/selected. After filling in a booking, I cannot view the detailed info I had filled in to provide to tour operator. Honestly can't imagine how this is acceptable for a mobile app of this scale and purpose (travel i.e. where a user friendly mobile experience is key)

Don't waste your time. Booked an experience and nowhere does it state the currency for the booking. Only once it had processed and I checked my bank did I see it was automatically in USD. I also note they did not have all the fare options that the provider offered so were charged full price for an otherwise free passenger. Contacted customer support and gave ZERO support or solutions whatsoever. Not even a partial refund for the over charge.

Avoid this app at all cost. We went to Amsterdam especially to see the Van Gogh museum. Booked tickets through this app they cancelled our tickets due to a 'technical difficulty' literally the night before. Totally unacceptable! To say we were disappointed was an understatement. They also didn't sort to refund without me asking, it did get sorted eventually but because it was cancelled so late we didn't even has the money back to do an alternative tour. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

We've squashed bugs (yuck) and made performance improvements (whoosh) for an overall better Viator app (yay!).
