Not sure what's happened but since the latest update I've had a ton of problems with this app, which is so disappointing because I really like it. App freezes when I open it and I've had to resort to uninstalling and downloading to get it to work when the usual restarts, force stop etc. don't work. Sound cues and timers in workouts have also stopped working. Hope the bugs get fixed soon or I'll have to cancel my subscription

For the Strength Workout Timers in the app, we're aware of a small bug, and our engineers have a fix, which should release very soon! Terrible experience. The app seemed like it was guessing my pace. I do about 4.30 mins/km and it was saying I was doing about 8 mins/km! Very frustrating. After what I know to be about 12km (but the app said was only 7km), I decided to walk and the app continued to give the same kind of readings for each km after - literally as if it was making things up! Useless. Uninstalled and good riddance.

We rely on your device's GPS hardware, which can be inaccurate on older devices. Please contact our in-app Support team who can advise on optimising settings for your Samsung, to try to maximise the recording quality!

This worked great for first few weeks now the audio cues/pacing and gps accuracy have stopped despite the app being up to date and all location and notification services being turned on. I'm really not happy as it's really expensive and I paid upfront for the year Ā£99 :( I'd like a refund to be honest because the app isn't doing what it's promising to do
