The app works great and is easy to use. The physical card worked great on my holiday. Investing through Revolut is easy, and an okay start for beginners. Most of the issues I had with the app are gone, like notifications that can now be enabled by categorie. It's also constantly adding features. Support has issues with auto-translate, making it more difficult to understand, but is otherwise very helpful. Thanks for being a great alternative to the local banks, who seem to get greedier by the day

Look elsewhere for paid for plans. Revolut used to offer a great service. Then they abruptly changed the terms of their Metal plan, significantly scaling back the benefits and also adding lots of conditions -- such as the demand you pay for 75% of your accommodation and travel with your Revolut card in order for the travel insurance to be valid. With all tnew conditions, I imagine it'll be difficult to make a claim if you ever get into trouble. I would advise people to look at other options.

Every banking app wants to be revolut...but why? Menus, options and every screen seems to have different ux mentality. Its so hard to find an option, everything is scattered around. And then...it crashes and goes into infinite loop of displayng the same screen over and over again. And last but not least.....no i dont receive your sms, have to ask like 10 times to receive one. In sort poorly written and overcomplicated
