App drops connection constantly since update. Unuseable. Microsoft keeps asking for more information, but you can't reply. MICROSOFT, CAN YOU PLEASE ADD DETAILS FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR FEEDBACK SO WE CAN REPLY TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND GET A RESULT

Update 2024-07-11: Another six months go by and the cursor issue and zoom offset when using the keyboard is still happening. It has been over 3 years now. I've given up and am now using the old Remote Desktop 8 app which I had to obtain from a third party outside the Play Store, and Android warns about its potential compatibility, but it works better than this unmaintained solution. Is anyone at the helm of this thing? A severe usability bug persisting for more than three years is ridiculous!

My experience with this app is not really nice, I'll give you a few reasons: 1. Connection drops 2. Connection issues when you try to connect 3. App keeps running in the background even when I killed the app in app switcher. The problem is that whenever I used this app on my old iPhone it used to work just fine, perfect I must add. I didn't have issues on the iOS platform but since I've switched to Android this app has just been a nightmare.
