I dropped it to 2 stars in Mar. Now, it's even worst. Try it yourself. Look for a location and count for 20 secs the screen doesn't show anything, it's like the app is not functioning. Then suddenly, the lost of locations you searched appears. Dropping to 1 🤮... I don't think they are really working on it.

"One Key" Cashback rate terrible compared to old system. I used to get 1 free night based on the average price of the last 10 nights, which was the equivalent to 10%. The new "one key" rate is around 1 or 2%. Absolutely ridiculous. Been a Gold customer for years. Absolutely no reason to stay anymore. Booking dot com have a better selection of hotels at a better price.

No option to add my reservations to my Google calendar. No resolution. No possibility to have reservations added to Google calendar. Plus lots of connection issues due to a technical issue on your app. I haven't been able to access my future reservation for several days. No possibility to add my confirmed future to my calendar. No possibility to use the trip protection offered. I constantly get the error message "technical error on our end". Your app was better 10 years ago. Today, it's 0.
