I've been using this for 2 years now. And the experience has gone down the drain lately. I should not have to scroll through ENDLESS RECOMMENDATIONS on my Home page. It's my Home page, not your Recommended page. I should be able to get to whatever I was last watching in under 5 seconds to continue my streaming experience. Put the Recommendations elsewhere, devs! EDIT: This happens especially when the device is struggling to get a connection. Consider making the process more transparent to user.

After 5 years they've finally made it easier to see what shows you can continue watching and what episode it's up to. It's still slow, disconnects my phone which requires me to use google home to control volume, play/pause. It's slow to load, blasts the startup sound no matter how low the volume on the TV or Chrome Cast is, it crashes randomly. It should not be this bad for a company like Disney. They have infinite money and can't be bothered to make a functional app

Constant buffering and just plain awful experience. For such a huge company, Disney sure does have a bad, like really, really bad app. When I try to chrome cast this to a TV it freezes, does not play from where you left off, takes you back to the start, and almost always freezes and buffers throughout the content. This is just simply a disgrace. Disney are massive! And this is what they produce?? Their streaming prices increased this year, and this is the service they offer to customers??
