Deliveroo used to have decent customer service. Now it's almost impossible to reach a customer service person when something goes wrong with your order (delays, items missing, etc) which also seems to happen more often. The inconsistency and high prices are not worth the occasional convenience. Will be removing the app after I get a refund for the latest botched order. Poor.

This app has the most incredible design. For an order that went wrong, I couldn't figure out how to contact Deliveroo. It turned out the only way was to try to cancel the order. There was an email option btw, which suggested that instead of emailing I should call them:) What went wrong with the order, incidentally, was that I got a scheduled time and was charged for it... But the shop was closed. According to the polite lady who I finally spoke to, this is a known bug...

Deliveroo has been a good food app, until my last delivery where the pin drop of the map doesn't match with what the rider sees, cancelled my order when the food has been collected. This is frustrating. I've tried the 2nd time, but it's still as disappointing as before. I re-entered the add, but after missing 3 calls from the company, the delivery was incomplete, but the app can prompt me to feedback on the service. I'm boycotting this food delivery.
