Recently they have added this stupid "shake to win" annoyance, that plays this grating annoying noise when you shake your phone. There is no way to disable this noise, and it just goes off randomly whether the app is open or not and you have to force close the app for this to stop. Who ever at aliexpress thought this was a good idea needs to be fired immediately, at the very least add an option to disable the sounds, there is absolutely no reason not to except to create more annoyance...

Dropshipping sellers who know nothing about the products. Lately it is more wasting time looking for someone who can actually ship an item, rather than buying it. Very annoying. Sellers claim they can ship, then after payment asking to cancel the order. Bank account refunds taking longer than before (close to 20 days is no exception), bonus (fast refunds) have expiration date. Customer setvice is mostly stupid ai. "Human" customer service agents tend to just nod and do nothing.

Untrustworthy app design. Items are listed with fake low prices, because behind every item there is more than one item listed. So you will see a 20 pieces set for $2, but after clicking on it you will see the price belongs to 1 piece of the set. So the whole set will. Set you back $40. Just buy things on Amazon. The price difference is quite literally $1 by now. The days of low prices on Ali Express are over.
