The App is easy to use, but if you try to compare various fares with some options it seems that the App gets confused. And even worse if you go back to an earlier selection, the total price changes (always more expensive). That is really awkward. The price should not change within a 30 min time frame (booking more then 2 weeks before the first stretch). And this doesn't happens once, but every time!

Just tried booking a trip for the first time and credit card payment was declined twice. The credit card info was correct with more than enough funds available. It saved the booking reference for a short time, but no ticket was issued. While looking up how to contact customer service, the booking was canceled. Now have to start again with no idea if my credit cards will be accepted. Hopefully this get resolved asap and I'll update the review.

Total rubbish. There is NO check in part, once when you check in on the web site, app doesn't show boarding pass. Last time I flew with KLM, there were the same issues. Always some technical problems. To obtain invice for the trip is process like to win the lottery. I promise, until you don't improve your app and website, I won't fly with KLM. This is embarrassing for KLM!
