One of the worst banking apps ive used. Freezes often, OTP sometimes doesnt arrive on phone and generally frustrating to use. Same as the adib website. AdIB needs to fire their IT team and get a team that can deliver a seamless digital banking experience. Update: still frustrating to use, keep having issues so have to uninstall and reinstall. How incompetent is their IT team??

This app sucks, i am not able to log in due to face recognition saying face missmatch and everytime i call customer service, they tell me to try again. I am NOT going to try again after attempting to do this for the past month. Fix this!!

I was asked to update my info or my account will be locked,, when I reach the tax country and click on next I get internal error server not responding.. so its from the bank side,, this needs to be fixed asap or my account will be locked I've sent an email.. no one replied and the error is not fixed

We continue to improve ADIB mobile app thanks to your feedback.

We’ve now made available our brand new fully digital Covered Card application journey to all existing customers. Making it easier and quicker for you to apply for a new card. In a few easy steps, you will be able to view the available cards and submit an application all through the app. And if you get approved, you’ll have your card available digitally right away!

This update also features various other fixes.
