The app is full of glitches except when loading the card with money and after which you basically can't use the card or app, and your money is stuck in the account. If you are lucky by chance it might work, and you can try to use your money. My cash has been stuck for 3 years and counting. Deleted and downloaded the app several times, and spoke to customer service. Still no improvement. better off not having this app all together.

Update on 05/12/202: I have updated and there is NO difference for the Splash page. Since the latest update (November 2020). They added a splash intro page which slows down the whole app usage. You now have to wait for a full 1.5 seconds (at least) before you can use the app. The splash screen is unnecessary (and vain). The delay makes me want to use it even less. Combined with the chance that it also freezes at least 10% of the time. Which is quite irritating especially when you are trying to use the app to pay for transit and the bus won't move until you pay. Phone: Redmi Note 9.

Apps is good, but having starting or loading issue, is good if can improve on the apps starting & loading, make it faster & more smooth, also can have the home screen selection as Ez-link if possible, it's more convenient for those who always use for commuting, no need every time swipe to Ez-link once the apps start. Been contact via app and online many time, but totally no reply from Customer Service at all, very disappointed.

Dear Kok Sing Hee, Thank you for your feedback and support. To pay using ezlink on MRT/buses, you can simply tap without launching the app (as long as your NFC is enabled). You can check your balance afterwards.
