My partner and I have started using this, and it's helping. But I'm really, really frustrated to the point of wanting to delete the app... because you can back date work, so if you do the work but ADHD flake documenting it, your streak goes up in smoke. This has happened to me twice in one week, and it doesn't feel like a game or just adds shame and pressure. I'm only keeping with this app to keep my partner happy.

I use Sweepy to feel more reward/accomplishment with cleaning, I don't use the 'gamification mode' though. I find it extremely helpful. If I have a spare hour to clean, I'll use the app to remind me what needs doing (without having to think). I just wish I could convince my partner to use it too! I somehow signed up without linking to my email, so I couldn't remember how to log back in! I received a prompt reply from customer service and they sorted me out.

I really enjoy this app. I think I've been using the free version for over a year. it's customizable, I love that you can "decorate" your rooms in the app. I've gotten into some good habits with sweepy, and it doesn't punish you if you miss a day or week. vacation mode is nice too, as you don't have to worry about your things dirtying when you're away. great app!
