Global Total Rewards Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining salary structures for global executive and management level positions
• Assist with determining budgets for global salary increases,
• Assist with creating and documenting a global job structure/architecture
• Conducting grading of executive positions globally and help develop the grading strategy and rules
• Assist with the administration of the annual compensation processes within the SuccessFactors system
• Designing and implementing trainings for HR and business customers related to system use
• Preparing communications related Total Rewards annual processes
• Assist with the development and maintenance of Global Total Rewards policies and processes

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Salary Compensation, preferably in an international environment
• Analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation Modules
• Experience Hay job evaluation will be an asset
• Advanced English language skills (min. B2)
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology and/or IT with a major in Human Resources or People Management
• Understanding of different cultures and working across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries
• Excellent people skills: communicative and open to new challenges
