BeMyBond loves Jasinskio 2 project by EIKA grupė 😊 Can I just say how excited I am to offer the second project for our bond platform clients? Next week we wills start the offering of EUR 3 M bond issue to bridge the financing for an A class office centre in Vilnius before the bank financing kicks in by the end of this year. It will be a good project to test our capacity, as the amount is 3x larger than our first project, Uzupio personos. Nevertheless, the terms are very different, as the money is only required for 6 months (if not less), the building is 60% pre-leased and the project is going through due diligence phases by one of the top banking players in Europe 😊 Being a balanced introvert / extrovert person (it all depends on the situation 😉), I am still undecided about the publicity aspect of the platform’s fund raising, as everyone will be able to see the ‘green line' and how it hopefully approaches the target amount. Yet even today it is not easy to estimate how quickly and whether in full we will collect the whole amount. May the odds be in our favour 🤞

Concorde Capital is entering a new investment field - the transportation market. According to our calculations, the volume of legal road transportation in Ukraine is UAH 7 billion a year (if we count "gray" transportation, it is several times more). We will be entering this area through infrastructure projects, and the first one will be the reconstruction of the “Kyiv” bus station. This is the one called the "pit". And believe me, if someone doesn't know, the popular name came about for a reason. It really is a "pit", if not the “bottom”. We estimate that the station's passenger traffic is about 10 thousand people a day, which is 400 bus trips plus or minus. The reconstruction will require significant capital investments and will be implemented in two stages. The first stage - separation of bus and car traffic - has already taken place. The second stage is the in-depth renovation of the building and surrounding territory in accordance with European standards. Passengers will get high quality service. There will be a waiting area, a food court, a lounge, a playroom for children, a first-aid post, and commercial premises. ECONOMIC FORUM 2024 This year's Economic Forum in Karpacz, held September 3-5, 2024, attracted more than 6,000 participants. We discussed the economic New Deal in Europe and the need for change with Polish ministers and prime ministers who have made more than one change, i.e. prof. @Grzegorz Kołodko, Janusz Steinhoff, Ph.D., Mateusz Morawiecki, prof. Dariusz Rosati This was followed by a panel on tax predictability in Poland and the EU and the prospect of change - a particularly important topic when the Minister of Finance Andrzej Domański, CFA is preparing 9 new and invasive tax changes. Finally, the impact of one of the key areas of our economy - telecommunications, on economic growth, development and society. Plus more than a dozen working meetings and agreements.
