Technical details: Nozzle: 5 μm Paste: CL85 Pressure: constant 9.25 bar Substrate: glass Dot diameter: 8 - 10 μm Pitch: 12 μm Number of dots in a row: 1500 Entire dot matrix: 100804 High-speed dot dispensing finds a wide range of applications across different industries, where the precise and controlled dispensing of materials is essential. 1️⃣ Consumer electronics: utilized in the manufacture of consumer electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and wearables. It is used for applying adhesives and coatings in the assembly of electronic components. 2️⃣ Automotive industry: used for applying adhesives in various applications, such as bonding components, sealing joints, and undercoating for rust protection. 3️⃣ Medical device manufacturing: critical in the production of medical devices, such as catheters, syringes, and diagnostic equipment.     XTPL continues its growth, and with the delivery of six more DPS devices in H1 2024, the company is nearing a total of 30 technology demonstrators sold across more than 20 countries. Until 2023, its priority was securing intellectual property and commercializing innovative products, confirming their market viability. Now, as part of the 2023-2026 Strategy, XTPL is focused on fully implementing its solutions in industrial processes, as highlighted by the CEO:  “A new customer from China, with whom we have moved in a very short period of time from the initial evaluation, through the ordering of the industrial module, its delivery and installation, means that four prototype industrial devices with built-in XTPL modules are now operating globally.
