    Weather-related topics are increasingly taking centre stage in the #insurance industry. In Q1 of this year, the word "weather" was mentioned three times more frequently than a year ago, outlines Christoph Baltzer in the new edition of Sollers Insights. We received numerous questions from participants 🙋♂️🙋♀️, indicating a high level of interest in the webinar topic.    FNOL is an important customer touch point in the claims handling process. The information (what) and the method (how) of obtaining the information in the online incident report will affect the subsequent claims handling process. In this webinar, we compared the car accident report portals of Japanese and European insurers to explore the possibilities for improving the online FNOL process 🚀    Accident report is crucial point in the claim handling process, thus the “what (to obtain)” and “how (to obtain)” of data intake in the online FNOL are important. We investigated the FNOL portals of insurers in Japan and compared them with the ones from Europe. Different features available in FNOL portals in Europe, such as arrangement of repair shop based on location, arrangement of claims payment method, and uploading pictures are not available in all insurers portal in Japan.     The webinar also included a demonstration of best practices in portal screen design and key features for obtaining data useful for automating the post-accident process, based on practical examples from European countries.     Last week, a team of creative girls from our Warsaw office unleashed their inner artists at a fun and colourful pottery painting event! 🎨 They swapped their laptops for paintbrushes and had an absolute blast creating unique masterpieces. Thanks to our Sollers integration budgets, our teams get the opportunity to enjoy activities like this, fostering creativity and simply having fun outside the office. From choosing our pottery pieces to selecting the perfect colours and designs, decisions had to be made. All in the name of relaxation and fun. After a week, the girls could come and pick up a beautiful, personalized keepsake – whether it was a mug, bowl, or decorative vase 🏺
