One of the most popular initiatives in NATEK, #ActivityforCharity challenge, has brought 132 Participants this year, to walk🚶, run🏃🏻♀️, swim🏊 and ride🚴 together towards a common goal - donation to a charity cause🎁 Once again, it was possible thanks to the great efforts of our Team Members, who stayed active and motivated for 35 days and conquered over 38,621 kilometers!💪 As a reward for their efforts, we prepared prizes for those who achieved the best scores - high quality massaging equipment💆🏻♀ Because what can be a better way to rewind and relax after exercising, than a great massage?🧘🏻 Congratulations to the Winners of the 3rd edition of Activity for Charity🥳: Ryszard Jakubczak, Łukasz Wawrzynek, Izabela Jarosz, Joanna Motylska, Martina Richtarikova, Tatiana Kochanowska, Mykyta (Nikita) Kuchkin, Judit Galceran Lopez, Oksana Szyp, Simona Kunca Mackulinova, Andrzej Osman, Wojciech Paczek, Barbora Guľová, Juliana Sebejova, Lucia Šolcová, František Dely and Tibor Fellegi. How do we make sure that our organization is growing and moving in the right direction?🚀 By investing our recourses in the most valuable asset of #NATEK - our Team Members🤝 At the beginning of the year, we introduced you to our initiative LEAD (Leaders Evolving And Developing) Program, that was carefully designed to empower NATEK Managers to fully unwind their leadership potentials thanks to, among others, insightful and inspiring workshops with Martyna Broda👩🏻🏫 Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Martyna!🙌 Based on the gained knowledge, the Managers were to create 3 business plans, which aimed to improve various processes in our company and bring new benefits to NATEK📈 All the projects were overviewed by NATEK Board Members: Jana Kruzliakova, Joanna Pejo and Paul Novak, to ensure alignment with our values, goals and capabilities👍 We are proud to say that our "Students" did a great job, and 2 of their innovative ideas will soon be implemented🤩 Big thank you to SOLUTION - szkolenia i doradztwo biznesowe, especially Martyna, Agata Rozbicka and Anna Majczyk-Zawada for helping us build this incredible program and giving our Managers a chance to explore their talents in a new way.
