All Hands On Deck (AHOD) meetings are key events in every Displater’s calendar, where the team shares major updates, discusses milestones, and reinforces our collective vision. The recent AHOD was particularly special. Not only did we handle an actual deck, but it also marked Bartek Małecki's first meeting as the new Displate CEO. Bartek, bringing a fresh perspective and a new two-year growth strategy for the world's largest metal poster marketplace, used this opportunity to share his vision and introduce himself to the team. June’s AHOD, the first hosted by Bartek, provided the perfect platform for this. With the help of our Design Studio, Bartek creatively revealed the 2025-2027 strategy through custom-designed Displates. Poster by poster, the team experienced the essence of “displating” – our new pop culture partnerships, a stronger focus on tailored customer experiences, and a revamped Displate Club. After the presentation, we celebrated with a riverside BBQ, music, and speedboats, enjoying the scenic Warsaw skyline from the deck of a speedboat.
