Good news from Poland. Wages have risen by as much as 15% and there is strong demand for skilled and unskilled workers.😀😀 An unskilled person will easily earn over $1,200 and professionals will earn over $1,600. The rate for an unskilled worker will start at 20 net per hour. At a dollar exchange rate of 4.1, this translates to 4,5 dollars. Welders/assemblers/other professionals earn an average of $7 per hour. Wages have also increased significantly in 2023 and will increase even more next year as unemployment is at 5% and there are no hands to work. There is a good job for every person: - for students and young people jobs in production, - for men - in construction, furniture production, light and heavy industry, - for women, work in production, packaging or as a seamstress. You are going to Poland? How to earn the most? If you are planning to come or have come recently make sure that you come to a company that will pay you a legally high salary. Its size also depends on the amount of taxes so ask the recruiter carefully about these issues so that you do not have problems. For example, our company pays very well and to each comes individually. what does this mean? The lowest wages with us (08.2023) on a contract of mandate are: -19,00 net for those who have not earned PLN 30,000 this year and do not have to pay tax to the tax office, -18.20 net for those who make a small advance income tax payment, because they will exceed PLN 30,000 income in 2023, -16.97 net for people who want to pay high taxes - such in our country are unlikely to meet -☺ It works the same way with higher rates so in a company that cares about employees you can earn as much as 2 PLN more as in a company that does not. Sometimes you only need to sign one document to automatically get paid 1-2 PLN per hour more! Our recruiters will explain it to you and after the end of the tax year you will get help to file your tax return. This is very important, because without these formalities you will not receive, for example, a residence card. For the residence card you must get a certificate from the company that the taxes are paid. So also ask about this when choosing a company whether it does residence cards.
